We process your account email and authentication identifiers, uploaded PDFs, generated references and videos, purchase records, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. Google/Firebase manages authentication and cloud storage. We do not receive your full payment card details; Stripe processes payment, billing details, fraud checks and applicable taxes.

Your comic and generated reference images are sent to OpenAI for story and image generation, and to fal and its model provider for H3 Max video generation. Those providers process data under their own service terms and retention practices. We use the content to fulfill your conversion, rather than publishing it publicly. Your account controls access to files; anyone you share a signed download link with can access it until that link expires.

Uploaded and generated files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Recovery copies can remain for another seven days. Account, payment, security and support records may be retained as needed for account operation, refunds, legal recordkeeping and fraud prevention. Provider retention can differ from our storage retention. Processing can occur in the United States and other locations used by our service providers.

The site uses browser session storage for sign-in and payment-provider functionality for checkout. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded comics for advertising. Contact support to request access, correction, account closure or deletion; we may verify your identity and retain records required for legal or security purposes.
